Laurie joined our MHO team in 2024 and immediately made an impact on our organization. The day in and day out dedication that she gives is truly remarkable. We are ecstatic and honored to recognize Laurie Boateng, our Human Resource Generalist (and so much more) as our 2025 HEART Award Recipient.

Laurie has streamlined and automated processes that were once manual and has become our go-to Paycor expert, building tools that make a big difference across the company. Always thinking ahead, Laurie looks for innovative ways to increase HR’s impact and strengthen the support we provide. What really sets Laurie apart, though, is her compassion. She’s always there when employees need help, ready to listen and offer support with kindness. Laurie lives our values every day.
