Kelly Keller, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with nearly three decades of healthcare experience spanning emergency medicine, urgent care, primary care, leadership, and nursing education. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from South University and is committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care with a focus on women's health, wellness, and disease prevention.
Kelly is passionate about preventative and lifestyle medicine. She believes in partnering with patients to promote lifelong health through preventive care, lifestyle optimization, and personalized treatment plans that support each woman's unique goals. She is an active member of the Menopause Society and the American College of Lifestyle Medicine.
Outside of her practice, Kelly is the proud mother of three successful adult children and a devoted fur mom to her beloved dog and cat. She enjoys cooking, developing new recipes, traveling, and spending time boating throughout Florida and Tennessee with her significant other.

Hold a Clear, Active, Florida APRN License

Must not have been subject to disciplinary action as specified in s. 456.072, F.S. or s. 464.018, F.S., or any similar disciplinary action in any state or jurisdiction within the past five years.

Have completed at least 3000 clinical hours under the supervision of an allopathic or osteopathic physician within the past 5 years. These hours may include clinical instructional hours. See 464.123(1)(c), F.S. for complete requirements.

Submit proof of three graduate-level semester hours (or the equivalent) in differential diagnosis, and three graduate-level semester hours (or the equivalent) in pharmacology completed within the last five years.

When engaging in autonomous practice, an APRN must provide information in writing to a new patient about their qualifications and the nature of autonomous practice before or during the initial patient encounter.
