Laura Harvey, RN is a Nurse Educator with My Health Onsite. In this role, Laura provides wellness education to patients. She believes that when patients are given the proper tools and education, it can promote healthier choices and positive lifestyle changes. She earned her licensed practical nurse certificate in 2003 followed by her Associates in Science degree from Pasco Hernando State College in 2006. Before joining My Health Onsite in 2021, Laura worked for over15 years as a nurse for a diverse range of organizations, including the Florida Department of Health in the Epidemiology department, Saint Leo University and Bayfront Health. When not working at My Health Onsite, Laura enjoys spending time with family and staying active. Such as, horseback riding, tennis and pickleball.

Joey Vaccarella, MS, RD, LD has been a Registered Dietitian since 2014. He graduated with his Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Florida International University in Miami, FL. He has over 9 years of clinical experience working in a hospital setting where he provided medical nutrition therapy to critically ill and high acuity patients. During his career, he also enjoyed precepting dietetic interns who would eventually go on to become Registered Dietitians. He first started working as a Clinical Dietitian at the Cleveland Clinic in Weston, FL, where he gained valuable experience in the Nutrition Care Process, Nutrition Focused Physical Exams and providing nutrition support for the critically ill. Joey was raised in Pompano Beach, FL and recently moved to Port St. Lucie with his wife and two kids. When he’s not at work, you’ll most likely find Joey at the beach or the gym. He loves to surf and has been surfing ever since he was a kid. Aside from surfing, he also enjoys weight lifting, cooking plant-based meals and spending time with his family and friends.
