Melissa Rickmeyer, RDN, LDN, CDCES is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist, Licensed in the state of Florida, Tennessee, Georgia, and Utah. She holds a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Health Science from Lee University in Cleveland, TN. She went on to complete her Nutrition Science education at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville and completed her Dietetic Internship at Southern Regional Medical Center in Atlanta, GA. In addition, Melissa completed the Chef’s Training Program at Natural Gourmet Institute in Manhattan, receiving training as a natural foods chef.

Melissa has a passion for working with others and helping them find the joy eating well can bring. She has a non-diet approach, helping patients find balance by focusing sustainable and nourishing lifestyle changes. Melissa is a busy mother of three girls and a proud Army wife. She is an avid runner and has completed 8 full marathons! In her free time, Melissa enjoys spending time with her family, cooking for friends and family, and exploring new restaurants in her area.
