Kevin Eye, RN, BSN, joined the My Health Onsite (MHO) team in August 2020 as the Regional Clinical Operations Director. Born and raised in Ohio, Kevin, along with his wife and son, moved to Windermere, Florida in June of 2020 to “escape the cold of Cleveland’s winters and to live where everyone else wants to go on vacation”.

Kevin received his Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing from Case Western Reserve University in 1994. He has spent the last 25-plus years in a variety of direct care and management roles. His career has taken him from direct care to MHO with some interesting stops along the way. Among those stops include management of long-term care facilities, compliance surveyor with the Ohio Department of Health, management of a continuing-care retirement community, management of an in-patient and outpatient hospice program and lastly, 10 years of multi-site management with Lorain County in Northeast Ohio.

“ I have a fairly straightforward management philosophy. If we focus on how to improve the patient’s overall health experience, from disease management to barrier-free care access to a focus on customer service, most everything else will take care of itself. That is what makes MHO unique. We always have improving the health experience front and center.”
